The 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will be held in Beijing from Sept. 4 to 6. China will expand institutional opening-up and deepen cooperation with Africa in terms of industrial and supply chains, in order for the two sides to share development benefits, said Tang Wenhong, assistant minister of commerce, at a press briefing Tuesday.
