As the first of its kind in northern China, the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone has served as a testing ground for the country's reform and opening-up, with its average annual trade surpassing 200 billion yuan (US$27.64 billion), said Liu Guiping, executive vice governor of Tianjin, at a press conference Wednesday.
