The 1st Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will be held in the Chinese city of Chongqing from Nov. 6 to 7. Partner countries of the Belt and Road Initiative will discuss progress of sci-tech innovation and cooperation, and the path to high-quality Belt and Road development, Zhang Guangjun, China's vice minister of science and technology, said at a press conference Monday.
