China's gross domestic product (GDP) hit 121 trillion yuan (US$17.9 trillion) in 2022, a record high after surpassing the 110 trillion yuan threshold in 2021 and 100 trillion yuan in 2020, the National Bureau of Statistics said Tuesday.
