The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2019. Li Kuiwen, spokesperson of the General Administration of Customs and director general of the Department of Statistics & Analysis, will brief the media on China's import and export performance in the first three quarters of 2019.
