The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite officials from northeast China's Heilongjiang province to brief the media about the province's renewed efforts to build a strong industrial province in the new era at 10 a.m. on Sept. 6, 2019. They include:

Zhang Qingwei, secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress;

Wang Wentao, deputy secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and governor of Heilongjiang.

An exhibition on Heilongjiang province will be held in the press conference hall.
