The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite officials from northwest China's Qinghai province to brief the media about the province's efforts to carry out pilot programs for the national park system and build a beautiful Qinghai, at 10 a.m. on Sept. 4, 2019. They include:

Wang Jianjun, secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial People's Congress;

Liu Ning, vice secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee and governor of Qinghai.

An exhibition on Qinghai province will be held in the press conference hall.
