The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will invite officials to brief the media about the preparations for the 2019 China Cybersecurity Week at 3 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2019. They include:

Liu Liehong, vice minister of the Cyberspace Administration of China;

Chen Zhemin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Tianjin Municipal Committee, and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee.
