China is continuing to open up. It is looking for shared interests. Globalization is a positive for the whole of mankind. I hope China can become a stabilizing force. Let us introduce global governing elements so that globalization benefits all of us. We should have rules that are consented to by all of us, so that building a community of shared future for mankind can become a reality.
