The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a routine policy briefing at 10 a.m. on Nov. 3 (Friday), 2017. A guideline on deepening Internet Plus advanced manufacturing will be introduced by Chen Zhaoxiong, vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
