The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on Oct. 12 (Thursday), 2017. Central SOEs' economic operation in the third quarter of 2017 will be introduced by Shen Ying, chief accountant of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
