The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Sept. 28 (Thursday), 2017. China's SOE reform since the 18th CPC National Congress will be introduced by Xiao Yaqing, chairman of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
