The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a routine policy briefing at 10 AM on Aug. 25 (Friday), 2017. Notice of the State Council on Measures for Promoting Foreign Investment Growth will be introduced by Wang Shouwen, vice minister of Commerce; Zhang Jianguo, administrator of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs; Wang Jianfan, director general of Tax Policy Department of Ministry of Finance.
