The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 AM on July 31 (Monday), 2017. China's foreign trade and economic cooperation performance in the first half of 2017 will be introduced by Fu Ziying, China International Trade Representative (ministerial level) and Vice Minister of Commerce, Long Guoqiang, Vice Minister of Development Research Center of the State Council.
