The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 AM on July 27 (Thursday), 2017. Issues on further opening up comprehensive pilot program in Beijing's service industry will be introduced by Wang Shouwen, Vice Minister of Commerce and Cheng Hong, Vice Mayor of Beijing Municipality.
