Xue Xiao, the cola boy

Xue Xiao was rescued at 11 p.m. on May 15, 2008, after being trapped for 80 hours among the ruins. As he was laid down on the stretcher, the first words he said were: "Uncle, I want to drink cola, ice cold cola." It was a moment of levity that even now lights up the gloomy memories of people recalling those days.
