China pledges further efforts to protect IP rights of foreign companies

The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) plans to facilitate communication with foreign-invested companies, improve relevant legal systems, and promote international cooperation on patented technologies to protect the intellectual property rights of foreign-funded enterprises, said Shen Changyu, commissioner of the CNIPA, at a press conference Thursday.
