China's registered museums grow by 23.4% from 2016 to 2020
The number of China's registered museums increased by 23.4% from 4,692 to 5,788 during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020), among which 5,214 were open to the public free of charge, according to a press conference Tuesday.
