An investigation and assessment report on marine ecology and environment status of China's Huangyan Dao was released on Wednesday.

From May to June 2024, Chinese researchers systematically conducted on-site investigations of the marine ecology and environment status in Huangyan Dao area.

The results show that the environmental quality of Huangyan Dao waters is excellent, and the coral reef ecosystem is healthy.
