Xi calls for building community with shared future with neighboring countries

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivers an important speech at a central conference on work related to neighboring countries in Beijing, capital of China.
