China to strengthen meteorological disaster monitoring

During the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), China will continue to strengthen its meteorological monitoring network, according to the China Meteorological Administration at a Tuesday press conference. By 2030, the disaster detection rate is expected to reach 85%.
