China's emerging industries post strong growth in early 2026

China's emerging industries expanded rapidly in the first two months of 2026, with high-tech manufacturing and smart equipment production recording robust growth as demand for intelligent products continues to rise, an official with the National Bureau of Statistics said at a Monday press conference.
