China's foreign trade surges 18.3% in first 2 months of 2026

China's foreign trade grew 18.3% year on year to 7.73 trillion yuan (US$1.12 trillion) in the first two months of 2026, with exports rising 19.2% and imports up 17.1%, according to data released Tuesday by the General Administration of Customs.
