The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on April 17, 2020. Wang Chunying, spokesperson and chief economist of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) and director general of the Balance of Payments Department at the SAFE, will brief the media on China's foreign exchange receipts and payments in the first quarter of 2020.
