The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2019. Fu Zhenghua, minister of justice and head of the National Office for Law Popularization, will brief the media about the arrangements for the 2019 National Constitution Publicity Week as well as the country's legal publicity and law-based governance work.
