The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2019. Zhao Long, vice minister of natural resources, will brief the media about the country's reform of planning permission and land-use approval, as well as the improvement of the territory spatial planning review system.
