The State Council Information Office of China (SCIO) will hold a press conference to present a white paper titled "Democratic Reform in Tibet - Sixty Years On" at 10 a.m. on March 27, 2019. Norbu Dondrup, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee of the Communist Party of China and executive vice chairman of the regional government, as well as Hu Kaihong, spokesperson of the SCIO, will brief the media about the white paper.

Simultaneous English interpretation will be provided.
