The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a press conference at 10 AM on July 20 (Thursday), 2017. China's foreign-exchange receipts and payments data in the first half of 2017 will be introduced by Wang Chunying, director general of the Balance of Payments Department and spokeswoman of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
