Mo Gaoyi, male, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1964. He received a graduate education. He holds a doctorate in history. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

Mo is deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and minister of the State Council Information Office of China.
