Guo Weimin, vice minister of the State Council Information Office of China (SCIO), met with Stephen Adler, editor-in-chief of Reuters, in Beijing on Wednesday. Guo offered Adler an introduction on the fourth plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Committee, and the two exchanged their opinions on ways to comprehensively and accurately present China in the media.

Xi Yanchun, vice director-general of the Press Bureau of the SCIO, and Zhang Hongbin, vice director-general of the International Liaison Bureau of the SCIO, also attended the meeting.
