The State Council Information Office (SCIO) organized a media trip to Beijing and Zhejiang province from May 29 to June 3. Journalists from the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Brazil, India, Japan, Singapore and other countries were invited to conduct interviews and learn about local developments in technological and industrial innovation.

This marked the SCIO's third media trip this year aimed at showcasing how local regions are implementing the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030).
