The State Council Information Office (SCIO) organized a media trip to Shanghai and Guangdong province from April 13 to 17. Journalists from the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia, among others, were invited to observe progress in expanding high-standard opening up.
