China's water conservancy projects create 3.15 million jobs in 2024

China implemented 47,000 water conservancy projects in 2024, with a total investment of 1.35 trillion yuan (about US$185 billion), creating employment opportunities for about 3.15 million people, said Chen Min, vice minister of water resources, on Tuesday.
