Around 3 trillion yuan (US$447.5 billion) of sci-tech innovation bonds have been issued since China launched its specialized "sci-tech board" in the bond market in May last year. The bonds have become a vital source of medium- and long-term financing for tech companies, a vice minister of science and technology said Tuesday.
