During the 2024-2025 academic year, 380,000 international students from 191 countries and regions studied and engaged in exchange programs in China, Guo Peng, an education official, said at a press conference Wednesday. 

China will continue to strengthen the "Study in China" brand, building a premier study destination for outstanding young people worldwide. The country will encourage top international universities, particularly in science and engineering, to set up cooperative education programs in China.
