China aims to increase the number of high-value invention patents to over 22 per 10,000 people by 2030, up by more than six from the level at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). In June, the total number of high-value invention patents in China reached 2.36 million, the China National Intellectual Property Administration said at a Wednesday press conference.
