Guo Weimin, vice minister of the State Council Information Office of China, met with Janadas Devan, Deputy Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office of Singapore, in Beijing on Monday. Janadas Devan is also the Chief of Government Communications at Singapore's Ministry of Communications and Information.

The two sides held discussions on enhancing bilateral exchanges and cooperation in media as well as developing mutual understanding between people of the two countries.
